KLR-213 宽体卸扣

宽体卸扣额定载荷55T～2000T。本体和销轴材质为优质合金钢，经过热处理。 55T～300T最大试验载荷为额定事情载荷的2倍，400T最大试验载荷为额定事情载荷的1.5倍，500T～2000T最大试验载荷为额定事情载荷的1.33倍，最小破断载荷均为额定事情载荷的4倍。卸扣本体接纳模锻和自由锻相结合的制造方法。螺母分圆形和六角形两种。卸扣经过磁粉探伤检测，确保没有任何影响强度的缺陷。每个卸扣上都有额定事情载荷标识。宽体卸扣普遍用于连接吊装带、钢丝绳索具；泰半径的弓顶，可免于使用套环，提高吊装带和钢丝绳索具的耐磨性。外貌处理：电镀锌、热镀锌、油漆。

1000吨以上大规格目前照旧主要依靠进口。主要规格有55T、85T、120T、150T、200T、300T、400T、500T、600T、700T、800T、900T、
1000T、1250T、1500T、2000T。

The shackle body is manufactured by the combination of die forging and free forging。
Nuts are divided into round and hexagonal。
The shackle is subject to magnetic particle flaw detection to ensure that there are no defects affecting the strength。
Each shackle is marked with rated working load。
Wide body shackles are generally used to connect hoisting belts, steel wire ropes and rigging; The large radius bow top can
avoid the use of collar and improve the wear resistance of hoisting belt and steel wire rope rigging。
Surface treatment: electro galvanizing, hot galvanizing and painting。
