KLR-210 T8级BX型卸扣

T8级卸扣有T8级BW型卸扣，T8级BX型卸扣，T8级DW型卸扣，T8级DX型卸扣四种形式，本体和横销都是接纳高强度合金钢35CrMo铸造而成，经过热处理。 T8级卸扣共有3.25T、5T、7T、9.5T、12.5T、15T、18T、21T、30T、40T、50T、85T、120T、150T、175T、200T、1250T、300T、400T、500T、600T、700T、800T、1000T、1250T、1500T等20多个规格。 3.25T～200T为模锻，200T以上为模锻和自由锻相结合。3.25t ～ 80tT8 级卸扣比相同尺寸的S6 级卸扣承载能力高25% ～ 75%;80t～ 1500tT8 级卸扣比相同尺寸的S6 级卸扣承载能力高20%～30%。相同额定载荷的T8 级卸扣与S6 级卸扣相比尺寸减小了，可是它们的额定载荷和功效却没有损失，主要用于空间有限的场合。 3.25T～300T最大试验载荷为额定事情载荷的2倍，400T～2000T最大试验载荷为额定事情载荷的1.33倍，最小破断载荷均为额定事情载荷的4倍。对每一批次产品进行严格的抽样破断测试。进行磁粉探伤。外貌处理:电镀锌、热镀锌、油漆。

目前海内卸扣分为M4、S6和T8三个级别，GB/T25854-2010国家标准中划定T8级卸扣材质至少含有镍、铬、钼合金元素中的两种。8级卸扣
主要应用于风力发电、煤炭煤矿、船舶、石油、钢厂、化工等行业要求较严格的起重吊装中。T8级BX卸扣型号：T-BX2-3/8、T-BX2.5-7/16、
T-BX3.25-1/2、T-BX5-5/8、T-BX7-3/4、T-BX9.5-7/8、T-BX12.5-1、T-BX15-1 1/8、T-BX18-1 1/4、T-BX21-1 3/8、T-BX30-1 1/2、
T-BX40-1 3/4、T-BX50-2、T-BX85-2 1/2、T-BX-120-3、T-BX150-3 1/2、T-BX200-4。

140t, 175t, 200t, 1250t, 300t, 400t, 500t, 600t, 700T, 800t, 1000t, 1250t and 1500t. 3. 25t ~ 200t is die forging, and
above 200t is the combination of die forging and free forging. 3. The bearing capacity of 25t ~ 80t8 shackles is 25% ~ 75%
higher than that of S6 shackles of the same size; The bearing capacity of 80t ~ 1500t T8 shackle is 20% ~ 30% higher than
that of S6 shackle of the same size. The size of T8 shackles with the same load rating is reduced compared with S6 shackles,
but their rated load and function are not lost. They are mainly used in occasions with limited space。
The maximum test load of 25t ~ 300t is 2 times of the rated working load, the maximum test load of 400t ~ 2000t is 1.33
times of the rated working load, and the minimum breaking load is 4 times of the rated working load。
Carry out strict sampling and breaking test for each batch of products。
Conduct magnetic particle inspection。
Surface treatment: electro galvanizing, hot galvanizing and painting。
